Dedicated support team & communication channel
Each Enterprise customer receives a dedicated Account Manager to act as a single point of contact and co-ordinate the delivery of robots, data outputs and integrations. In addition, a dedicated SLACK instant messaging and contact channel will be established allowing customer stakeholders to directly communicate with our experts instantly and productively.
Account and license set-up
For those customers that want to accelerate their implementation Dexi can take care of everything for you. This includes organizing stakeholder access, scheduling robot executions and setting up dashboards, alerts, integrations and digital commerce features like ‘Smart’ Data feeds or ‘Buy Now’ e-commerce functionality. Dexi’s core, digital data capture technology is provided under annual license and during set-up provisioning of your license and support level allocation is also taken care of.
Robot Builds
For customers with limited capacity or capability Dexi offers a robot build service that delivers best practice, guaranteed working robots for extracting your target data. These robots are built and tested by our delivery experts and once complete are attached to the customer account ready to run.
Monitoring and Alerts
To ensure data continuity, our alert and monitoring capabilities enable customers to monitor the performance and outputs of live extraction robots 24/7. Once in place, the system will automatically send alerts to our engineers and customer stakeholders to review and fix any affected robots.
Training
For customers wishing to onboard web data extraction capabilities internally, Dexi offers a wide range of professional training services including e-learning Workshops, classroom training or 1:1 advanced tuition.
Customisations
